About me
Welcome to Penny Williams Acupuncture. I am a licensed acupuncturist based in the beautiful neighbourhood of Pontcanna, where I live and work with my family. Apart from acupuncture, I enjoy reading, singing, and learning to play the piano.
My Acupuncture Story
I started having acupuncture in about 2000, and found it so helpful and interesting that I decided to train as an acupuncturist myself. I completed my BSc in Acupuncture from the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading in 2006, and have been in practice in Pontcanna, Cardiff ever since
.
I find it an absolute privelege to meet and get to know my clients, and to help them improve their health and sense of well-being.

I carry out continuing professional development each year, and in 2018 and 2019 I completed two year-long post-graduate diplomas in Gynaecology, Fertility and Obstetrics, and in Paediatric acupuncture.
